Deals with the daily thought processes. Am I on solid ground? is my focus clear? How well do I follow-through?

Fine Music—The Function of Leadership

Takes an in-depth look at the evryday outworking of these principles and asks the questions: What will it take? Are you prepared? Is your organization prepared?

Training Details

Baseball, Golf & Fine Music is available as a one-day workshop or a two-night retreat. Conferences are either open to anyone or private, hosted by a company or organization.

The workshop is designed to accommodate those with a limited amount of time while still covering the same basic principles. The retreat includes a pre-conference survey* and allows for additional case studies and the development of a Personal Application Plan as well as time to relax.

* The Leader Servant Survey is offered to each participant prior to the workshop. It is a 360 degree assessment tool designed to help the participants gain a better understanding of how they perceive themselves and how their co-workers perceive them.
