About Us - Tom & Kathy Banfield

Tom & Kathy have been married 33 years and have four children and three grandchildren. After ten years in business management, they have spent the past 23 years in full-time ministry, serving almost 14 years with Campus Crusade for Christ.

In 1999 they founded Leader Servant International to “call, equip and encourage individuals and organizations in the principles of servant based leadership”.

In 2003 they launched Servant Heart as an out reach of that ministry to “put the principles into practice”. They have ministered across the United States and in numerous countries around the world.
